About The Practitioner

Marie Woodward first became interested in homeopathy after successfully using homeopathy to treat a whiplash injury.

Her background is mainly in the dental field and she spent 2 years within the Community Dental Services.  During this time she worked in orthodontics, general anesthesia and was responsible for a special needs clinic treating children, those with physical and learning disabilities and those suffering from mental illness.

Having been a manager in the retail health food business she also has extensive knowledge of herbal remedies and supplements.

Marie studied homeopathy for 4 years on a course held at St. Georges Hospital in Tooting, London, which was particularly designed for those with a medical background.  In 2003 she successfully completed a six month post graduate registration course and also attended the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy on Alonnisos with George Vithoulkas.  She is now a Member of the Greek Homeopathic Association.

Marie openly supports an informative relationship between the patient and practitioner and is a strong advocate of the ethical issues in relation to the prescription of the homeopathic medicine.  She also is committed to teaching basic First Aid Homeopathy in order to empower people to be able to help themselves and their families safely within the home environment.
